Ordered a pizza over the phone with them and told me it would take 30 minutes. Got to Costco 30 minutes later and they didn?t... have my pizza. They said they never got it in their system, that I would have to wait another 30 minutes while they make it. Iended up ordering 2 slices of pizza instead and they told me to wait for a supervisor so I could get my refund. Supervisor nevershowed and I waited for 30 minutes. By that time I could?ve just waited for the pizza. Made me wait for nothing and I never gotmy money back for it. Read more
3 lanes of chaos. nobody is sure what lane does what. if you prepurchase stand here unless it's a whole pizza then 10 minutes... stand in a check-in lane here and be told to wait somewhere for 1/2 hour. rude when you ask if they have it ready. they made amistake with my initial order to make things worse. only good thing, pizza was good as normal. This time I get a parking spot right up front. It was very crowded but, I found everything I wanted in fruits was fresh. The... meat was somewhat expensive. The cashier was quite fast & courteous. Thanks to Costco. Read more
I have had nothing but positive experiences until today. I would take some of the credit in my lack of communication. Called in... a pizza order an hour before I got it. Word of advice. They call out order numbers. Call-in orders have your name. In mydefense...the rep at the window kept telling me my order wasn't ready. And used the excuse of "no one told us" when i told themwhat my order was and then later when I told him it was a call in. I told you. Twice. I appreciate Costco employees, prices andfood court.
