This review is based solely on curbside pickup. I very much like that you are able to pick as many or as little toppings based... upon preference. I am, also, very glad that they offer a vegan choice for cheese. Most mainstream pizza establishments do not.Usually, it takes only a few minutes after I make the call upon arrival that the order is brought out to me. I highly commendthem for this because there is a store nearer to my home location that does not come out at all when a call is made for curbsidepick up. Terrible customer service. Disgusting staff. Rude and unsympathetic. Had an incident with my child being sick at this location... and rather than being slightly helpful Amanda, the assistant manager, decides to make the situation worse with a disgustingattitude and rude remarks. Whoever decided to give her this position is either an idiot or extremely desperate to fill it. I'dpick other choice words but I want this review to be seen. TLDR: If ordering for takeout, double-check your order. First and last visit from me. I placed an order online for a couple of... vegetarian pizzas and an order of cheese bread, and was able to walk in and out pretty quickly without issue. However, aflustered young woman ran after me into the parking lot, letting me know that she had mixed up the orders and that one of mypizzas was wrong. Mistakes happen, so by itself this was at worst a super minor inconvenience - I only had to wait an extra 2-3minutes. After my "corrected" order was given to me, I proceeded to make the mistake of not checking it myself before drivinghome; instead of a custom vegetarian order, I was given something covered in pepperoni and sausage. Again, not a big deal byitself - mistakes happen - and I do have dogs that love meat and pizza, so it wasn't a total write-off. The pizza and cheesebread my wife and I managed to eat, unfortunately, were just not very good, especially considering the price. We ordered a deepdish pizza with a variety of veggies and plant-based sausage; we received a pizza that had mostly unmelted cheese, very fewtoppings (I counted maybe 4 mangled pieces of "sausage" total), and a very burnt bottom. The cheese bread was fully melted, butwas also burnt on the bottom. Both were bland and disappointing. I ordered the vegetarian pesto pizza and they put red sauce on it instead without notifying me. Definitely won't be getting food... from here again considering they can't fulfill their orders correctly. Read more

Excellent service! Our pizzas were made with love and they did not skimp on the toppings! The manager was also extremely... friendly and professional, ensuring we had just what we needed and informing us she was available as needed. Also alwaysappreciate when places have a CocaCola freestyle machine, just another small perk!
