Again 3 stars out of 5 because they deliver exactly what u would expect from a taco bell. Food has been good since i go early in... the morning and there's not to many people eating there at 800am on a weekday morning. Went into the store and nobody was in there. Mobile order wasn't submitted as "completed" even though the worker said it had... been done for a few minutes and was laughing about it. Half of my order was missing its normal ingredients (no spicy ranch on mygordita crunch), paid for a cheese quesadilla with extra cheese and extra sauce, got a BURNT quesadilla with barely any cheeseand no sauce. I understand drive thru is fast paced service. Yet your reps need to listen more attentive when taking orders. I visit once a... week at least and always they misunderstand my order Repeating myself twice if not 3 times before I move forward to pay Yes..the screen is there to check but your reps even read it back wrongly thus not listening to customers actual order It can bedone ya know.
