I went to Dunn Bros this week for the first time. I ordered a Chai and a gluten free breakfast sandwich. I looked online before... I arrived and figured out what I wanted and the price of both should have been about $10 but I was charged $16. They wouldn'tgive me a receipt either. I loved Dunn Brothers Coffee for years and used to be a regular customer at this location. However, the attitudes of the... employees are what made me lose interest in this coffee shop. The baristas are not as friendly as they used to be, and some oftheir behaviors are just unacceptable. During my recent visit, I was given a small beverage when I ordered a large beverage. Thebarista was clearly irritated with me when I informed her of this error, and the eye-rolling made me very uncomfortable. I wasthen asked to leave a tip. I cannot think of any other food establishments that actually ask for tips, especially after such badservice. I cannot see myself returning in the future. We walked in and immediately walked out beacuse this particular facility had a stale or compost smell. I couldn't smell the... coffee. There was a lingering stench in the air I couldn't stand. Because of that I couldn't bring myself to buy the coffeeeither. I am not sure where the smell was coming from, possibly from the liquor store next door, I don't know.
