Awful catering experience. I called 2 weeks in advance to schedule a catering order for 115 people. Pickup was scheduled for... 11:30. When I arrived the day of, my order was not even bagged up. After repeatedly asking if my order was ready, I got my orderat 12:05 - 35 minutes later than scheduled, making me late for a catered event. When I got to the event and unpacked all theitems, the portions made no sense. For 115 people, we got 1 tray of chicken and 1 of steak - we easily ran out and at least 1/3of guests got no meat. We got 1/2 a tray of cheese, 1/4 tray of veggies, but 2 whole trays of rice. It made no sense. Then, wegot 8 trays of chips and 20 quarts of queso - easily 2x the amount we needed. When we called to - at minimum - get more meat,they said they'd call me back and never did. We went to the restaurant and were charged another $700 for more meat. All in all,we paid $2,500 for the worst experience. I have called and emailed numerous times since, and have heard nothing back. I amappalled at the experience here. Do not order online from this pancheros location. So many things were wrong. When I went to pickup my food, my burrito was half... the size of what I am used. Upon reviewing the receipt I noticed that the burrito only contained three items which is no wherenear what I ordered. After having them remake my burrito and having to show the confirmation email with the full order details.The manager comes out and tries to charge me for a burrito I already paid for. At this point the individual that remade myburrito tells the manager that it was their mistake and the manager proceeded to wave me off in what I perceived as adisrespectful manner.
