Let me say the food was very good. We ordered small house salads, and they were very big and tasty. The 18" pizza was big and... very good. The service on the other hand was very lacking. There were 7 adults and 3 kinds under 10. I had a glass of waterthat was never refilled. My daughter ordered a side of marinara sauce when her pizza arrived. The waitress brought the sidewhen she was bringing the to go box. We ordered 3 18" pizza and 3 12" pizzas for the kids. The last pizza (12") was broughtwhen the first 2 18" pizzas where almost gone. Then to be hit with an automatic 20% gratuity. We wanted to order deserts forthe kinds, and they were out of half the items on the menu. It was Sunday afternoon after 2PM. There were not that many peoplein the place. We were there for two hours to eat pizza. Will not go back unless something changes. Read more

Let me start by saying Grimaldi?s Pizzeria is a 35 minute drive from where I live, so I made lunch plans to dine in on my day... off. Personally it is not a far drive if I believe it is worth it, but after today?s unsatisfying dining experience, I will notbe going out of my way to eat here again. Everything started out smoothly, I arrived with my boyfriend and got a table for two.Shortly after sitting down we were greeted by Justina who was also working behind the bar. We ordered The Don and was lookingforward to enjoying a cheesecake for dessert. It was not packed at all so I was NOT expecting to wait 30 almost 40 minutes for apizza, especially after glancing around the restaurant multiple times and realizing the staff wasn?t looking busy either. Don?tget me wrong, I?m extremely understanding if there is an issue (which is why we were never rude to her and never questioned whyit was taking so long, so that was probably our fault for not asking) but Justina never communicated that our pizza was going totake a bit longer or when we should expect it. Which really led me to believe she forget to ring in our order because we placedthe order for one 12 inch pizza at around 1:30/1:35pm and didn?t get it until 2:13pm. And we had witnessed a couple come in andget seated a while after we did, that didn?t have to wait as long for their meal and was already eating at the same time wewere. When our server dropped off the pizza she stated ?It?s late but it?s hot? implying she also knew it took a long time forus to get it. She didn?t speak much and never apologized about the wait. We even had to wait a bit for our drink refills, andwhen she did refill them it wasn?t even the full glass (as pictured) which really took me by shock! The pizza itself looked alittle over done and questionable at first but it was surprisingly delicious. It had the perfect crisp to it and I did enjoy it,which makes me even more upset about this situation because to me, if I know the servic Read more

Second time visiting this place and both times had bad experience but this time was the icing on the cake. Walking in the... restaurant noticed the A/C was out in the whole restaurant, hot n humid in the place. They had portable A/C units going butdidn't help much. Then my wife ordered a salad, when she was eating it, she bit into a piece of metal, which looked like a rivetto a pot or something. We immediately asked to speak with a manager, when he came up we showed him what was in the food. Heasked about going to the hospital, and to fill an incident report out. My wife said that's fine to fill the incident report out, night went on nothing was filled out, nor did the manager come back to the table asking if everything was fine. He took off mywife's salad n that was it. The server was good she kept up with us as we were 16 people. Food quality was not there 3 of the 7pizzas we ordered came out wrong, my son also broke out in a rash after eating his pizza, which he don't have any food allergiesat all. The place just looks and smells dirty. Will not be going back here, not worth the wait of over an hr to get a pizza andit taste like boo boo. Read more
