I went to this Popeyes location earlier this week for dinner. I ordered via the drive-thru and the employee taking orders was... very polite. I ordered a 5 pc spicy tender dinner with a side of Cajun fries. Everything came out hot and crispy and the chickentender pieces were sizable too. Read more
Simple order of 5pc tenders (spicy) with red beans and rice : the chicken was so dry and over cooked it tasted like it was two... days old..... the rice wasn't even cooked and or dried out crispy. Popeyes is delicious when it's freshly cooked just like most places. Anytime, any fast food has been sitting under the heat... lamps, it's going to be terrible. The biscuits are golden and fluffy, don't forget the honey. Now they have hush puppy battertackle box, not as good as the original tackle box. The manager that day was super helpful. The usual order we get had been changed so he recommended something else that was... similar and ended up actually being cheaper. Food was crunchy perfection. This is one of the better locations in the GalvestonCounty area. Read more

I will never eat at this location again. Ordered chicken sandwich. The chicken was way overcooked and dry and the bread was hard... as a rock. A decision was made to serve it knowing that! The chicken strips were undercooked and the staff was obviously in nomood to serve. Was too busy to go back and everything went in the trash, including drinks. Garbage! Read more
