First of all let me say best movie theater you could ever go to. I been a long customer with studio movie grill and I been... ripping myself off. This is the theater I been missing my whole life! This theater is no doubt above the normal experience you get from any other hands down, but I feel there could be a better... selection of food items and better quality. The nachos have a packaged taste and the cheese also has a processy gluey taste.Everything these days in these sort of outlets have that kind of processed taste but it could be better. The cinema is great. It?s beautiful and clean. The food is delicious. The only problem I had is that my family ordered a lot of... food and drinks. I paid and tipped a little above 20%. When I looked at my bank statement, they had taken out way more than Itipped. What they took out came out to 37.5%, which I did not authorize. I called the theater about it. No one answered. I lefta message and no one has returned my phone calls. Check your bank statements, guys when you go there. I guess they are makingtheir own tips and hoping that no one notices. The new updated cinema is fantastic. Now we are ruined for any other theater. We sit in the 2 seats with the walls on each side... of us. Free popcorn and blanket is a plus.
