WOW the place was disorganized and dirty. The bathroom floor was full of overflowing backed up toilet water. Staff were nice,... it's ONLY saving grace. Read more
Had to bag my own groceries. I have no problem doing that at all. The problem I have is there were two front end employees... standing there talking about non-work related things watching me bag my own groceries. Then, the next morning we stopped forcoffee at the Starbucks inside the store. There was one employee working. Poor girl was super nice but looked like she wasalmost in tears. The deli employees act like they are Michellen chefs l got so sick WTH that sushi the guy behind the counter had headphones... while taken orders for customers. The other Hispanics ones hate their jobs I would too if I had a manager who yells at them infront of everyone. Came here to buy ground beef for chili, after we all sat down to eat we found shards of glass in every single bite of ground... beef!!! After complaining we were told ?we should of checked the meat first? and we had to drive back there and talk to amanager before they offered to reimburse us for our dinner. A whopping $30 for eating glass!! Read more

I had a very difficult time ordering my usual drink here. I wanted sweet cream foam and they just couldn?t understand that and... offered to put the sweet cream inside of the iced coffee along with cold foam on top.
