Yuck.
I showed up five min before closing time they were eating food when we walked in, they forgot an element in my drink, they ran... out of apple juice for the drink I wanted, they did not have good attitudes, they didn?t fill my drink up, they ran out ofwhipped cream, and they gave me the a size smaller than I ordered. Apparently I have wronged this woman in another life or something. I have placed my order with her on 3 different occasions... ALWAYS the same order she can not get it right no matter how many times i repeat the order. For example today I again asked for2 vente caramel machiotos one hot, one iced with one shot of espresso in each. At first she thought I wanted an extra shot so Irepeated the order she said ok. I caught her before she made both of them hot. I do believe what we got was milk and caramelas neither one had any coffee flavor. Won't be going back. Read more
