Excellent lobster bisque!! We are locals and we go there often, last time just a few days ago was great once again! Hush... puppies are perfect to dip in the bisque and we tried the catfish for the first time and it was really nice! We will be backsoon! Thank you for great local food we can count on!???????????????????? Read more

2 of us went to this restaurant for lunch. My friend had a Po-Boy and Lobster Bisque and loved it. I had Jambalaya anf it... was very disappointing. Very dry and not much flavor. I ate very little of my meal, the bread was good, and the serverremoved $10 from the check without being asked to do so. I overheard the chef saying to her, "Looks good to me". Good serviceand location but quite expensive for what it is. Not impressed with my meal. Read more

Maybe it was an off night but literally it was one of the worst food experiences we've had in a while. Let first start with the... appetizers, fried pickles weren't bad, a little thick cut and salty but they're fried pickles. Also had the hush puppies whichis usually a guilty pleasure of warm fried goodness, not these... they tasted as though they had been burned or fried in old oiland on top of it they were dry, sucking the moisture out of our mouths with every bite. Needles to say we did not finisheither. Next we had the jambalaya, seafood gumbo, and lobster bisque. I'll say the lobster bisque was delicious and worth everypenny. The seafood gumbo wasn't bad it had good flavor and overall a solid dish. Then there was the jambalaya, not much nice canbe said about it. It tasted old, the rice was hard and barely edible. The meat in the jambalaya had the same old "sittingaround" flavor, it was anything but fresh. Definitely don't understand how a place like this has anywhere near 4.5 stars. Read more
