This is the slooooowest Chick Fil A. I've waited to write this to be sure it wasn't just a one or two time thing. But holy cow!... Waiting 12 mins to get through the drive through with two cars in front of me at 630 am is ridiculous. Every dang time! Read more
This location has input my order wrong a couple times so I check my bags now. Last time I went through the drive through I... ordered a combo and a couple extra sandwiches. I didn't get any fries in my bag. The guy at the window said the order didn'tinclude a combo. He then asked if I wanted the fries. I said, yes, please. He then proceeded to charge me. I didn't care that itcost me a little extra than if they had gotten my order right the first time. I was more shocked that the top tier Chick-Fil-Acustomer service I used to know and love has come down a bit in the past couple years.
