Chick-fil-A never gets me down on the customer service. This location exceed those expectations. I still wonder how this... organization train their associates where almost every single associate show their customer obsession while serving. Read more
This place is consistent. They?ll only get your order wrong if you do a big family meal with substitutions. Otherwise very very... accurate. Also, if you get a drink during peak times, they forget to change their syrups out, so it might taste likenothing. Otherwise have had no issues at all, food is good, standard CFA. Read more
Today, I waited in the drive through line and there always is one... only to be told by the outside order taker that I would... need to get out of line and go in per the "manager" for a bag of ice? The only reason that I came was for the ice today, andalthough I eat here 3 times a week? And 100's of times in the past 5 years they will sell ice through the app and the drivethrough window.. because the "manager" said? Btw went to Sonic who was glad to sell me the ice.
