We just relocated to Dallas from Beverly Hills. We are food connoisseurs and eat out frequently. We were leery when we left... California that we would leave behind all the amazing restaurants. We have hit many of the top places in DFW and have beenpleasantly surprised. Last night we went to one of the hottest new restaurants in the area. This restaurant blew us away. Thefood and decor was in a league of its own. We met Ricardo the manager who runs a great operation. Only 2 months in business andthey have their act together! A beautiful restaurant with fabulous attention to detail. The sommelier is sincere and helpful and there are selections at every... price level. Be aware that portions are large and many meant to share.The food was spectacular , extremely fresh and verycreatively prepared. Then came the WOW !! servers bring dishes to the table and in European fashion transfers to your plate truetable side service, very elegant. The food is prepared to perfection, fresh and colorful. The pasta is made fresh on-site. The pizza is to die for... The wine... walls of red and white can keep you refreshed for years. The bar staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. They hand crafttheir plethora of coctails to the delight of their customers. Luigi makes amazing things happen in this family style Italian restaurant. The overall atmosphere is authentic, yet modern, and... with an open layout. The prime rib is killer. Perfectly prepared, and presented. I personally loved the pan fried veal, andliterally uttered the phrase "how can potatoes taste this good?", so even the sides were impressive. Extremely thorough service(thank you, Julio), and very friendly as well. A great place for a business dinner or important date, or just to enjoy find foodand great wine.
