We just went to the shop for breakfast and to inquire about pre-ordering for my daughters birthday tomorrow. We were told that... they couldn't do a pre-order for tomorrow because the bakers would not be back between now and then. To me this implied thatthey don't make fresh donuts daily. Adding insult to injury my daughter noticed 2 cockroaches on the floor while we there -AFTER I ate an entire donut!. I will NEVER return to this shop! Read more
Lady at the register handles cash and food with the same gloved hands. Total increases after I give her my cash. Average donuts,... small selection They run out of chocolate cake and substitutes it with chocolate frosting covered cake, sloppy presentation,lack of communication with the staff. Terrible experience. Inquired about birthday donuts was asked to text the number that was given verbally with details. After... providing the necessary info a reply of ?yes? was given. A month later I went to pick up the order. For 15 minutes the lady wasconfused. She went around looking for the order, talking to her employees, looking through her phone for our texts, but shenever said she didn?t make them. I showed her our texts. She stared at my phone for 5 minutes. I finally said ?so you don?t havethe order?? She said no then proceeds to blame it on me for not following up. Very unprofessional. 5 months ago I stopped coming to this place when the young girl started taking overIt. I sold old coffee I asked her was it... fresh to Coffee she said yes and the coffee was cold I said okay no problem Lot of none coffee drinkers disrespect coffee anthe people who drink it in this manner I came back today just to see the same young girlShuffling all of the kolaches with herbare hands and no gloves and she knew she was doing wrong because when she saw me she froze and tried to put her hands down realslow I just shook my head got my coffee and walked out but I won't be attending that place anymore and for all you guys who areeating kolaches today they have DNA on them.
