I didn?t have a good experience at all visiting this Ihop.. as I arrive there was nobody at the welcome desk, waited 5min... approximately, then I noticed trash on the floor, other than few empty sugar packs there was a big dirty napkin, severalemployees starting to walk by and nobody seemed to care, trash was just right in the middle of the hallway, customers eating andthe employees just walking by, I was curious about timing how long would pass before employees notice it.. they did notice andjust pushed the napkin away with a kick. Waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order, our food took longer thanexpected too. Food was great I won?t lie, the waitress gavel us great service after all. The RQ code system didn?t work at thislocation. I saw the manager finally to make a show at the main entrance after being sitting over 1 hr at the restaurant. Guesswhat!! He did notice all the trash on the floor ring away and started picking it up. I give them 1 star because the restaurantwas DIRTY, the service was VERY slow. Read more
There were 3 tables in the place with people and three tables that hadn?t been bussed. Which is weird because you would think... with a restaurant being that slow it would be clean. I now understand why it is that slow. We waited 10 minutes before giving upand leaving. No order taken. Read more
We came to this IHOP hoping for a good breakfast. The wait to be seated wasn?t really a problem but it started with the coffee.... Worst coffee I?ve ever had in my life. Then it took about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order for food. We waitednorth of 45 minutes to basically get eggs and pancakes. I ordered an omelette with ham peppers onions and avocados, it only cameback with ham. I asked for at least a side of avocados which took another 10 minutes to get and It was hard and looked old.. Iwas disgusted!! Overall the Experience was not good at all, and as we were leaving my son asked another table how their meal wassince he noticed they weren?t eating. Well I dont remember having to wait that long at a IHOP for food.... Overall it was a "ok" meal. Server was new but good First... burger after a few test bites was clearly *under cooked, and pretty sure I was served a left over half size serving of coldfries. *They did provide a new burger, with a fresh serving proper pile of fries, also got 4 pieces of bacon as a sorry for theburger fail. The omelet was good The hash browns were good Son liked his gluten-free pancakes Daughter had a pancake combo andshe said it was good Wife had chicken & waffles, but wished she'd picked the New Chicken sandwich option.... You know, you'd expect a ihop that looks new to have good service and upkeep, this one however is a complete anomaly.... Confusingly really dirty despite the low number of tables seated. I was really surprised to see so many workers as well. It took5 minutes for someone to actually take my order. (A very simple one, chicken n waffles) and to my utter surprise, a whole 20minutes to actually bring it to my table. (I recorded the time). And to add on top of the ridiculousness, my waffle came outcold, flaky and a complete mess. How do you screw up making waffles? There was no more than 6 other people than me in thatrestaurant. This wasnt any rush hour. This is completely unacceptable, do NOT trust any 5 star reviews. Quite possibly theworst Ihop I've been too in years. Read more
