Absolutely amazing! I am extremely impressed with the customer service of this Jimmy John?s location. I?m not sure I have ever... felt so valued as a customer. Picked up mobile order from outside door. Chips were missing, sandwich not cut in half as requested on my order, no napkins. Why... even have the outside door if I need to go inside to get everything? Read more
I gave them 4 chances and they just can?t seem to get it right. First time they called to say they were out of cookies and I... could ask for it to be credited on a future order. Also they got 2/3 sandwiches wrong. Second time I called for the cookie andthey were out again but the order got here timely and was accurate. The last time I called, confirmed they would add a cookie.Over an hour later my order showed up, bread and meat only on the sandwich, meat was room temp, Coke was watered down, and nocookie. Staff has always been very friendly, but I can?t keep throwing money away on poor service. Update; things seem to be onthe upwards trend. Read more
This location is hit or miss for delivery, you either get your sandwich in 10 minutes or 2 hours because they typically only... have one driver (true story, this happened to me yesterday). They also forget to include things like rewards which is a bummerbecause you burn the reward only to not have the item included. Love Jimmy John's, was super excited to have one within deliverydistance but I'd recommend pickup from here. Read more
