The lady on the counter was really rude and lazy. I think my order distrubed her from using her phone. I asked her to warm my... sandwich but it was cold enough that I was not able to eat. The quantity of vegetables and cheese was very less as compared towhat I get from other subway stores and was even charged .99 for extra cheese which I didn?t get. We don't usually come here, because the service isn't as friendly, BUT we were just helped by a lovely young gentleman, who was... so energetic, sociable, and fun! We didn't catch your name, but you gave a shout out to LeBron James, because you were gonnaserve up our next sandwich in 23 seconds. Subway is a very consistent company anyway, but the sandwich I got was incredibly good. Very easy and quick got in and got out.... I highly reccomend a ham sandwich with american cheese on white bread. Read more
On-line order canceled, charge not refunded. On April 6, I ordered 2 salads using the Subway app. Once the payment was... authorized, confirmation received showed the order would be ready on April 7. I called the store to discuss the order. I askedthat the order and charge be canceled. I was referred to Shipri Investments of Frisco, TX. I contacted Shipri Investments andwas advised they would review the charges and issue a refund. I received my charge card statement and the charge was included. No refund issued. I will contact my card company and challenge the charge. I will not order from the 279 W. Main St , Friscostore again. Read more
