By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant they attempted to give me old cold crab Rangoon?s, and gave... me a bowl, full of vegetables (Szechuan chicken ) and a couple of pieces of chicken. After informing them of my dissatisfactionI was told this was what I ordered so they aren?t going to change it. The one star is because they graciously gave me a freshorder of crab Rangoons. My first visit to Tasty Garden goes back to 2015. I didn't go there much although their food was great is because they were... just always BUSY. So many people, lots of people standing in line to pick up to-go orders (I think they also used to deliver). So long story short, I loved the food but didn't go much since too many people were there all the time. Then when COVID hit in2019, I thought about them & was craving their delicious food. As you know all of the restaurant businesses especially locallyowned businesses got hit the hardest. We visited and they were struggling but since their food is still super delicious theystill had lots of to-go orders. Their website is really nice and easy to order on-line and pick up the food. We've been doingto-go orders at least once every 2 weeks. My family has visited them in-person also (from Oct 2021). Usually we're the onlytable there but recently I've seen more families come to eat in-person but we're for sure keeping our distance. If you lovedthis place before, go support your local restaurant. Same cook (the older gentleman) and the 2 older lady & sometimes theyounger lady are still there & they truly appreciates my family coming to visit them. my second time in this restaurant, this time the experience was terrible, I ordered a plate of spicy Korean beef, another with... orange chicken, the meat was tough and the worst thing was that it was accompanied with fried rice prepared with egg and thesmell stunk, it seemed that the egg was rotten and they did not notice , when making the observation, they answer me that if Iwant more rice, I must pay extra, the worst of all is that they do not care about satisfying the customer.
