Second time I have an issue there is no manager on duty first time they didn't even resolve my issue. I had gotten a smoothie... and it tasted like some fruit was expired in it I had to throw it away. Second time I called to cancel an order and get moneyback and no manager on duty againg. I have been coming here for some time now. Never had an issue with food or drink orders until now. Not sure if employees are to... blame or management for not properly training. Ordered the usual except this time was missing items in wrap. Kindly asked if Icould get missing items on side, and still was not given what was missing. Great Service! First time here. Came in around 12:45pm (weekday). The store wasn?t very busy, there were just a few people... eating. The cashier quickly greeted me, I ordered the Paradise Point smoothie, paid and sat down. Within 3 minutes, the man whomade my smoothie walked over and brought it to my table. Very nice touch!
