The tuna salad was beyond great! The pickled ginger really elevated the experience and flavours 10/10. The Mahi Mahi fish was... not the greatest and the presentation looked boring as there are no greenvegies for elevation. Wouldn't order that again. Thepork was beautiful and a must have if you are starving . If your there for brunch do the pitcher mimosas definitely better thanthe tiny $3 mimosas that finish in a sip or Maybe I just have a big mouth don't quote me on this one. Read more

My husband and I had a fantastic time!!! The food was delicious and the service was excellent!!!! I wish I would have asked for... our attendant's name but I believe he was also bartending. He gave us excellent suggestions which I took! The dessert and theold fashion was to die for !! Will definitely go back. Read more

Great date night place - excellent food and ambiance. This place is busy, but does take reservations, so plan ahead. Excellent... salads and appetizers - we got the fig and pecan salad - so good. My wife got the ribeye sandwich, which was amazing. I got theItalian sandwich, which was good. Nice menu, not too much to choose from - what they do, they do well. Read more

Service was good but food was served cold. One of my Tacos was serve with a very hard Soft Tacos shell. We where on a tight... schedule so we did not have time to send the food back and wait. Read more

Came here for brunch and it was very good. I had been to the Southlake location many times before but because it was Easter, I... could only get a reservation at this Frisco location! The service at the Southlake location is a bit better - our server hereseemed frazzled, couldn't remember certain aspects of the order, and didn't come over very often. Plus when we had come in, thehostess asked if we would like a hightop and we said no. She had us sit and wait since we came early for our reservation whichwas perfectly fine. Although we were sitting down in front of the host stand though, she asked us 10 minutes later if anyone hadhelped us... The food was really good though. We started with the Lil' Goat appetizer and it came out hot and tasted reallygood, the flatbread was very soft. For anyone who's been to Trufire before, they used to have $2 mimosas (TraditionalOrange/White Peach/Blackberry/Blood Orange), keep in mind that they are now $3 - inflation, am I right?! We shared the HoneySmoked Salmon Benedict and it was as good as always. I wish they had Chalula or even Texas Pete, but they only have that redTabasco water ???? No complaints there because not everyone likes to breathe fire! We also shared the kids pancake. The reasonwe do this is because it was only two of us and the Tru-Pancake - which I recommend to any group because it's the best pancakeI've ever had - is too big for two people. The trick to this is to get the kids pancake and have them add the berries, nuts, andbutter on the side! All of the food is really good, virtually the same quality as the Southlake location. The only flaw was theservice but that wasn't terrible. Recommend this restaurant for a good Sunday brunch! Read more
