Tried Las Caverns yesterday for an eat-in lunch and were very pleased. We moved to the area recently, love Peruvian chicken,... and hadn\'t found a good place until now. The chicken was tasty and well-seasoned. The sides were generous - we had yucca, plantains and broccoli. The plantains were sliced lengthwise, dusted with seasoning and were more dry than I have usually had -I liked them a lot better! All the food was piping hot. We will be back! Read more

Las Caverns north of Front Royal on 522/340. Saw that there was a Peruvian chicken restaurant in town and gave it a try today... after visiting the nearby Lowes. The welcoming staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes. We had quarterchicken, burger and cheese steak. Everything was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and juicy and when combined with thesauces-yum!!! All of our sides were also fresh and tasty. This is going to be a convenient and healthier alternative forfamily takeout. Looking forward to trying the other menu options. Read more

Went in on Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Order the half chicken and 2 sides.they didn’t have the pinto beans so I got Peruvian... corn, fried rice and yucca.\nThe chicken was that weird dry that only comes from chicken that has been sitting for hours.”notgood” Most of the yucca was cooked and good but then there was 1 piece that was under cooked so you couldn’t even bite intoit. The fried rice tasted just like soy sauce ???? and the Peruvian corn, they should have just called it corn on the cob, causethat’s what it was. The 2sauces the white and the green were the best thing there.\nI should have thought twice when I walkedin and didn’t smell chicken, or see chicken in the rotisserie. Service was prompt the place was clean. I doubt I’ve will beback. Read more

My wife and I came here on October 1st which was apparently their opening. I had high hopes for this place only to be completely... disappointed. We ordered the 2 whole chickens, sides and drinks to go totaling $42 and some change. Little did I know, for theamount this place charges, I would be getting 2 tiny sides that are equivalent to one big side and one corn on the cob thatwould be severed on a big to-go box. I ordered the yuca and fries and came in the small to-go containers and when I ordered thecorn I thought it would be the kernel of the corn and not a corn on the cob. The chicken I received was cold and I mean like itwas left out in room temperature for hours. The lady who handed me the food had the nerve to tell me the chicken was just takenout of the oven. Every Peruvian chicken place I’ve gone to, the chicken is hot and fresh and you could feel the heat comingfrom the bottom of the container. This was 100% opposite of that. I asked for a refund and the lady had to face time her managerto figure how to do a refund and I still have not received my money back yet!! This place was a complete let down and won’t begoing back here. The Peruvian chicken place in Winchester near the Alamo is 1000% better than this place. Don’t let this placetake advantage of you when it comes to quality and price of the food. Way better options out there. Read more
