For the second time in so many weeks ( in fact before the reno and after ), they have been unable to run a SNAP/EBT card. This... is illegal in Colorado and other stores have had fines imposed for stating they take the card, then not allowing them. It is ahefty fine and one I'm sure they don't want to have to face. Get it together down there. Btw, might want to stop making rudecomments about students after they walk out of the store too. Very unprofessional. Read more
My husband went in there the morning of 8-22-22 to get a breakfast burrito and none were made! This was approximately 730 am! A... time you would think they would be stocked and ready to go! Especially with it being a grand opening of a new remodel! So hewalked up to the counter to order him a burrito and the lady that was at the counter looked at him and told him that she cannothelp him at all because she had to order her order and that she could not be bothered! I get she may of had her job to do but myunderstanding is customer satisfaction should be a priority! She never even told him to give her a few minutes just refused tomake a burrito!
