OMG! What an awful place it is! It was my first time trying this place as per the request of my kids. I felt guilty as a mom for... allowing my kids eat this junk food! First of all, the lady at the drive through didn?t take the order right and missed someelements. When I asked for the missing item, which was a fries, she made us wait for 20 min on the car ride line, while sheserved those behind us. I never waited that long in a drive through line for something like fries that they always have. Iexperienced the worst customer service by a person who obviously has no interest in her job nor serving customers. When I gothome and tried the chicken nugget, the taste was so bad and it was obvious it was cooked in a burned oil. I throw out everythingfrom my mouth! It is so bad paying and throwing food after waiting for 20 min on a line! Never will be back there nor feeding mykids with this junk. Read more
Is this place ever open? Always seems when I go to drive thru there is never anyone that's available to take my order. But I did... see the sonic crew all outside smoking and joking outside. To the sonic owner: hire an efficient manager that can handlecareless staff. Or just sell it so something better can be put up. Every response to bad reviews all basically say the samething, but they do not address the issue at hand. I think the owner bought this place thinking a hedgehog was going to savethem. Read more
Absolutely horrible first experience and decided to give them another try. I tried to make an online order but it was already... too late. It listed it as open until 11. I pull up in the drive thru at 10:48 and I'm ignored. I finally decided to pull up to astall and as I was driving by I saw an employee crouched down on the ground as not to be seen. I pull up to a stall and enemployee gestured to me from inside that they were closed but it was only 10:50. Mind you I wasn't one of those people who wouldshow up 5 minutes before to close to order food , I was only there to get 2 drinks and I told the employee that. I finallydecided to drive to the gas station and get a fountain drink there. It's unfortunate that me and a few other customers wereignored tonight as the employees sat around and did nothing. Good grief. Took over 40 minutes to get our order and it was still wrong! Numerous missing items, drinks that had clearly been... sitting made for a half hour, cold/sloppy food. Just nothing good to say. The car hop didn't say a word to us. No refund offeredor coupons for next time. We weren't expecting 5 star service from fast food but this was ridiculous. Read more
