Less than 3% of my reviews get 3 stars or less. I am generous when it comes to evaluating restaurants and giving them the... benefit of the doubt. Wingology is getting one of these poor ratings from me. For starters, the online order went through forpayment, but apparently never reached the store. I understand technology issues and would have easily overlooked this error hadthis been the solo bad experience. The worker at the store was apologetic over the online issue and offered us free drinkssince we had to wait longer than expected to pick up our carry out order. Kudos to how they handled the situation, which is theonly reason this is a 2-star and not a 1-star. Once we got our food is when it went down hill, though the did get the order100% accurate. After a few minute drive from the restaurant to my house. The wings (both bone-in and boneless) without saucewere extremely soggy and completely flavorless (note - we got all sauces on the side). The side sauces were paste-like and notliquid (teriyaki and mango habanero were liquid), meaning we had to pull out ziplocks to toss our own once. I've not seen awing place's "sauce on the side" come in a paste/butter texture and not a liquid. Anyway, the only sauce with an enjoyableflavor was the teriyaki. Mild, Hot, Medium, Ancho Garlic, and Mango Habanero were all disliked by the group we had at our houseand described as flavorless and even the "hot" didn't register a heat profile. We ended up grabbing various sauces from ourfridge to make the wings edible. We also ordered 3 sides of fries, which came with a large amount of fries, but our large groupof adults didn't even finish one of the containers as the fries were soggy and other than an overwhelming sweet taste, wereflavorless. The restaurant itself is nice on the inside and again - the worker was friendly, but my goodness, the food wassimply bad!! Would honestly say one of my least favorite meals from a restaurant, ever. Best wings in town. Situated in beautiful Cross Creek town center, Fulshear on FM1093. Close to St Faustina Catholic Church and... River Bend baptist church. Great ambience. The house made sauces are the bomb. The Mango habernaro is out of this world. trythe Ghost if you are bold. Read more

My first time here and it was DELICIOUS!!!! The wings were so juicy and flavorful! Great size too!!! Customer service was... awesome, even though we went close to closing! I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to my family and friends! Read more
