You can tell by the fries the grease rarely gets changed. The buns are usually dry and hard like they're old or Been under a... heat lamp, they slap massive amounts of condiments on sandwiches poorly put together. COUNT YOUR CHANGE AT THE WINDOW! We were just shorted five dollars and had to argue with young punks running the place! We are... in our sixties and driving a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe, obviously not hurting for five dollars, but treated like we werelying! I believe the cashier at the drive through did this intentionally and we are probably NOT the first people he?s lined hispockets with their change! In addition, The parking lot is crawling with crackheads!!! I would suggest have law enforcement outhere to keep the druggies under control. My order for a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions was wrong. Had no cheese, no onion, no mustard. It... had ketchup and pickles but there was barely any on it. I ordered the combo and was told that a drink didn't come with the comboso they made us pay for a small drink, which is ridiculous. My burger was not wrapped properly and was pretty much out of thewrap in the bag. I don't know why all the McDonald's in the Gadsden area are garbage. All except the one near the mall. That'sthe only location I've had a positive experience with. Read more

Went in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and was met with the kindest staff and most welcoming atmosphere I've ever experienced... at a McDonalds. The team running this place are awesome people. Read more
