My boyfriend took me there to try to cheer me up because I’ve had a really bad, emotional weekend. Well I always get the Cajun... chicken Alfredo and I usually love it. Today, I got it and it was absolutely terrible, soggy, not even warm, and the chicken waslike rubber. I asked to replace it and they said they would, it took so long we ended up having to get it to go. (We were therefor 2 hours) The steak was not cooked right, the fries tasted like they were microwaved, and after everything it was just areally bad experience. After all this and after they said it’s be handled and replaced, they tried to make us pay for BOTHMEALS even though they said we would only have to pay for one (our wonderful server got it fixed for us) Definitely will NEVERbe coming back, and will not be recommending this place to anyone. The server was phenomenal and the sweetest soul, but I justwish the food and experience would’ve been as good. Read more
Red Lobster is decent food and the price is ok. The price could be better. Had a really good server named Jamie. She was very... attentive. Always had a full drink and she seemed quite happy to keep my all you can eat shrimp flowing. I would recommend avisit especially during all you can eat shrimp. Read more
Lots of parking, the lot was clean and attractive landscaping. The inside was out dated and dark but clean. No crowd at lunch,... reasonably staffed. Group of five at lunch from work, the food was good. I would recommend the salmon, it wasn’t hot by thetime it got to the table but it was seasoned very well. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. You have to pay at the tableon a never working self check out. One person paid their ticket and it stopped working. After three attempts through thenonchalant hostess to get the server back to the table to process our ticket, it was 20 minutes. This is a big deal to me if Iam pressed for time. Even though the food was good I will not be eating at Red Lobster. There are too many other places that aremore efficient in all categories. Read more
