Love the chicken but I never, ever get a full order. I usually just get chicken because I don?t love their sides but it?s... always short. This is the third time this quarter I?ve been one piece short and got 5 wings in a 14 piece box. First time Icomplained, mgr replaced it. Second time I didn?t bother. Third time, done. I?m tired of fighting for what I pay for. Serverat the window was lovely though. I also had the hush puppy butterfly shrimp for the first time today. On 08/27/2022 at 8:59 pm we have visit this location via drive thru and discovered all employees were Missing In Action. This is... totally unacceptable when the listed closing time is 10pm. The drive-thru menu, TV , and lights inside the building were onwhile 5 vehicles in drive-thru waiting to order. Read more

Employees were very rude and had attitudes. Food wasn't fresh and portions were way off compared to past visits. Ordered large... fries were give tiny tiny amount came back and showed them and they gave attitude and gave us another Tiny bag of fries. Refusedto give us the normal large fry and had lots of attitude. Chickens tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. Called corporateand filled complaint store manager was supposed to call me and never did. The service and portions at this specific Popeyes was unbearable and ridiculous. It was obvious they didn't have any fries up and were too lazy or too racist to drop more. Iwould give -5 stars if I was able. This is the worst Popeyes in all of South and North Carolina. I can't tell if the employeeshate there jobs and life or are just simply racist towards white guys for no reason. I will be recalling corporate again and Iwill mailing corporate a formal letter regarding this specific store and staff. Read more
