Hadn't eaten in an Arby's since we left Pennsylvania 2016. My wife, my 84 year old mother and myself all said let's eat at... Arby's. As I am placing our order the older black woman that was helping us seemed angry or mad like she didn't like us. We allfelt very uncomfortable eating there. We will never go back in that store again. Food was good but person working the window could not have been more rude. I was exceptionally polite, said thank you multiple... times for the service and was blankly stared at. I came through the drive thru and the young woman who helped me was very sweet. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich meal with... curly fries and a new strawberry lemonade. Once I got to the window she informed me that the small was very small the medium wast much bigger. I asked for a large but was told they didn?t have large cups. I said ok, can I get a small and a medium and justcharge me for it? She asked her assistant manager Vicky who came to the window very annoyed. She said she couldn?t do it. I wasshocked at her attitude and demeanor. I jokingly said sure you can! Let?s make the guest happy! I said it?s not my fault you areout of large cups. She screamed at me that it?s not her fault either. Then she said she would do it this once but she would onlygive me half of a small. Whatever, she was awful.
