I suppose that other than customer service for delivery drivers it's a great place to eat from.ill tell you this maybe hire more... employees cause the business is definitely at this location. So expect a wait.but well worth it cause I receive more orders fromthis specific type food(sushi) than any other in the Gainesville area. Very clean and ornate. Servers Very Professional as muchas they are allowed. They used to be really efficient. I pickup food from there quite often. Recently they have become so unbelievably slow for... reasons I?m not sure why. Places can say ?we?re understaffed? all they want. Everytime I go there, they have the same amount ofstaff they used to have before the job crisis. Today I had an order for 3 types of sushi and was given a pickup time of 2:00.They didn?t end up getting the food out until 2:30 and on top of that tried to hand it to the wrong person despite seeing me sitthere for 30 minutes. They got other orders out in that time period, but they had a max of 5 orders to get out. I?ve avoidedleaving a review because everyone has bad days, but it?s absolutely ridiculous and is becoming a trend. There are a billionother Asian restaurants within a 2 minute walking distance.
