I took my VERY particular mother here yesterday for the first time, and it was great. She loved the atmosphere, everyone was... friendly, and the watermelon tea was amazing! I was skeptical that a restaurant that mainly sells different kinds of chicken salad would be any good, but this place is... fantastic! Everything is fresh and tasty, options to have just a scoop of salad or a sandwich, tasty sides, and food other thanchicken salad if you're not feeling it. I got the Classic Carol on a croissant with a side of loaded baked potato soup. The soup washot, rich and creamy, with plenty of bacon bits to spare and the sandwich was the highlight of my day.
