I went today around 9, and I wish I got rhe cashier's name, because she was great. It seemed like she was the only one there,... and there were a few others in line with more coming. I pulled up to the side of the building, as this location does not have a drive-thru. There was an employee outside smoking a... cigarette. As she noticed I was headed towards the store, she flicked away her cigarette, walked in the store, behind thecounter, up to the register and proceeded to ask me what I would like. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!! I was just about to saysomething when another employee stepped up to serve me and said she could finish her break. She went back outside and continuedto smoke. Another thing that bothered me is the other employee did not even remind or tell her to wash her hands either. Maybethat's the acceptable environment at that store, but it is certainly not acceptable to me. I was very put off by it. It's myopinion that customers should not see employees smoking anyway. Bottom line, you wash your hands when returning to the kitchenNO MATTER WHAT, ESPECIALLY AFTER SMOKING. Read more
