Usually I go to 5 star pizza since its a close distance to where I live, but I kept getting Hungry Howie pamphlets and thought... I'd give it a try. The food on the ads looks good so I was expecting it to be yummy, but was extremely disappointed. The foodwas very overpriced and the portions were very small. The Large pizza at 5 star is almost twice the size and has a lower pricethan Hungry Howie's. The chicken wings were tender and soft, which I love, but flavor wise were very bland. The wings had almostno sauce on them, it was like eating plain chicken, not spicy chicken wings. The chicken pieces were also very small and theportion size is smaller than 5 star, which has tastier chicken wings. The pizza itself was alright, not bad but nothing special,so not worth the price at all. Overall, I got less food from hungry howie's but a significantly higher price (compared to 5star). The food's flavor is fine but not nearly good enough to justify the higher price. I also got the wrong sauce with thechicken wings, so there's that but thats an honest mistake and happens everywhere so I dont hold that against them. One greatthing about this place tho is the cajun bread I got with the wings. It was delicious and beats any of the appetizer breads youget in pizza chains and 5 star. If I ever come back here, it'll be for the cajun bread. Read more
