Outstanding service and a delicious meal. Jalapeño au gratin potatoes were so delicious. I am a new wine drinker and our server... was well educated on the wines listed and recommended a few options for me, one of which I ended up really liking. If you have champagne taste and a beer budget this is not your place. It was hands down the BEST food I have ever had! Service... was awesome. The steak cut like butter! We had dinner next door and still wanted a night cap, so naturally we thought of stopping in at Marks. Always love the bar and... the wood work is spectacular. Enjoyed dinner at this steakhouse very much. Our server Josh was very attentive without being annoying (not that easy to do)... and the food was delicious. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and the bacon wrapped scallops intriguing. While the prices werevery high (think NYC or LA), it's a restaurant that can hold its own in either of those two cities. Great dessert. We came just for dessert with a party of 7. Dessert was fantastic. Everyone loved what they got. Coffee was very... good. Atmosphere was as you would expect from a steakhouse. I would have given it 5 stars but the service was not as attentiveas I would expect for 5 stars. The wait staff is friendly but at a nice steakhouse which this is, you are expecting thatattentive service where you aren’t waiting 10 minutes to get water and don’t have to ask for it several times.
