They are completely freaking unorganized it is a cluster half the time they're working on your orders half the time they're not... 99% of the time it's a blind leading the blind stand in line and stand in line and stand in line and then find out oh hey Ididn't start your order let me get that real quick. I went to this McDonald?s for lunch and wanted the adult happy meals. We ordered it and they didn?t mention they were out of... anything so we thought everything was good. They were out of the boxes so they just put it in bags and they didn?t give the toyor they were out of it. The two food choices of the adult happy meals are 10 piece nugget, fries and drink and the second a BigMac, fries and drink. The adult happy meals are $11.19 each and both meals by themself are around $8. It?s $22 for two of themand instead of telling us they were out of the toy and box; they charged us for the whole thing instead of just the regularmeals. It?s not a big deal that they were out of those items but they are charging people that ridiculous price when you?re notgetting the whole thing. Make sure you?re getting what you pay for. Waiting 10 minutes in the line for attention after that i wait 20 minute for my order in total 30 min. Slow food!!!
I just had the best experience at this McDonald's. The folks working there were amazing. I had a special request and the... gentleman on the food line took great care of my request. An older gentleman was trying to oder at the kiosk and I helped himwith it. He dropped his OJ and the lady serving the orders was extremely pleasant and understanding. I'm very impressed of howsmooth this operation moved being how busy they were. I hope the employees I came in contact with are appreciated by theirmanagement as much as I appreciate them. Read more
