I am a genuine Smoothie King customer. I have been very satisfied the past few visits. They used to dilute the smoothies with... ice a lot but thank God they stopped that practice. i used to come here almost every week and today was disappointed that they don?t offer $5 friday which is fine but then they... charge for substituting ingredients? also i used to be greeted by the same group of friendly employees and now i walk in, noteven greeted, but instead 2 young women just looking at me up and down, not even an hello when i get up to the counter and noteven a have a good day when i leave. basic customer service would be appreciated. just go down the street to tropical smoothiefor an over all better experience now. I wish I could give no stars, yet I had to give at least one to leave a review. The young lady Kya, I dont know if that's the... correct spelling for her name, nevertheless her attitude was so terrible that I refused to spend my money there. Then when Itold her that her attitude was horrible and that I would be letting someone know, her response was "okay, I dont care."
