Used to love this one except for today. I was fine pulling abound because they are a timer but it was completely unprofessional.... They didn?t tell me to pull around to the place I was actually supposed to turn around to and I almost damaged my car and got ina car accident! When I went inside the manager smiled and laughed with the employee who misinformed me on where to pull aroundto! Not to mention they actually weren?t going to bring me the food I had to go inside for them to attempt to giving me my food.I refused due to all the trouble they caused. If I had to go inside I would have went inside instead of the drive thru. I have adog in the car and did not want him to be hot while waiting!!!! The one who refunded me didn?t laugh refunded me and asked forfinal assistance! Kudos to her but I will be going to another Starbucks. I could careless because it?s just coffee but I?m notspending my money on a store that does not know how to act right. Read more

This is the best Starbucks I have been to in months! Every employee was kind, friendly, and welcoming. It was a little slow when... I was there, but nobody was idle; everyone was working on tasks to keep the store clean and stocked. I observed a baristare-make a drink for a customer with no issue whatsoever.
