I had SUPER high expectations for the swamp. Unfortunately they were not exceeded. I had a party of 3, the host sat us down at a... table and was not greeted for almost 10 minutes. Server stated she did not know she got sat. Ordered a drink, I had to remindthe server and she told me the bar printer was not working. (I?m a server so I have heard this excuse many times). It took about20 minutes for a cocktail. Food came out cold and burnt attached pictures below. There was also a weird smell when entering therestaurant. The pile of dirty rags just chilling on the floor probably contributed to that. I still tipped over 20% but I won?tbe coming back. Read more

Okay. Busy Friday before a home game. Definitely a little chaotic but that is to be expected. We were SO LUCKY to get Madison S... as our server this evening. From the beginning she made sure we were okay, promptly cleared a table (we weren?t in a rush), hadto make a substitution on our drink due to a huge rush and throughout it all she had a smile and was super apologetic eventhough she didn?t need to be. If you are lucky enough to sit in her section you?re in for a treat. To Management, she?severything you could ask for in an employee. Now onto the food. Chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and the fries were sogood we couldn?t stop eating even after we were full. The wings were SMOTHERED in sauce which I personally LOVE. Still crispyand 10/10. Went to The Swamp on a Friday before a home game. Took forever to get a server to our table. The server was really nice. The... food took forever to get and we even got a raw chicken wing, no blue cheese and we had to ask for the ranch. Food used to bereally good. Seems as they didn't have sections on the upper deck for service. It's the swamp so would go again for drinks butmight pass on the food. Read more

Horrible service- MIA waitress and when we did see her our orders took so long we canceled some things that never came. The... music was way too loud and we were sitting outside - I couldn't really hear the people sitting across from me and they refusedto turn it down at all when asked. The food wasn't bad but the seaweed that was supposed to be on my Poke Bowl was barelynoticeable. For a relatively new place they really need to up their game. The one good thing I can say is it's a beautifulbuilding with nice open outdoor seating - if you could only hear one another. Read more

They done a beautiful job as far as replicating the old swamp restaurant, spacious, Florida feel. I was so excited to finally... eat there because it was my tradition on game days to have some swamp juice and Gator nuggets. I went the day after game day andit was busy but not excessively as there were Empty Tables available however we had a 30 minute wait. Went to the bar to get adrink and it took the entire 30 minutes to get the attention of the two bartenders. Two young girls that appear to be fairlyClueless much unlike the bartenders working there in the past that were so fast and efficient. They would not make eye contactbecause they knew we were waiting which was aggravating. They should have at least acknowledged so that we knew they would getto us. Ordered my usual swamp juice and it was not at all like it always had been. She missed entire ingredients. It tasted likebanana syrup. We took a table outside and they're beautiful Courtyard which houses a large TV with football on. It took sometime before a waitress came out and took our order. We ordered chips and queso to come out first it took about an hour for it toarrive along with our ice water. We were nursing the one drink we had ordered knowing we would not get another one anytime soon.I was able to get the waitress to bring us a glass of ice and I walked out to my car and grabbed a couple of white claws out ofmy own cooler so we would have another beverage while we waited. The food arrived and was very good. My friend ordered theSmashburger and I ordered the chicken quesadillas. They had a limited Game Day weekend menu so not very many items to choosefrom and no Gator nuggets on the menu which was disappointing. I was told after the fact did they had gator and I could haveordered but there's no indication on the menu and not much communication. The queso for the chips is a touch on the spicy sidejust an FYI. I didn't expect it but it was still pretty good. We were there for approximately 3 hou Read more
