ABSOLUTELY NO ONE GO HERE, I am the ex-assistant manager Leah as some of you may know me(the lightskin girl with two puffs).... From my time of working there I can assure you that the place is very unsafe to eat at going off the the fact that there is amajor fruit fly and roach infestation going on there, rotten food being served, and extreme racism within management (being toldnot to hire and more people of color). I'd never been to a Tropical Smoothie before, and this was a great introduction! The smoothies are high calorie but are a meal... unto themselves. The wrap sandwiches are actually quite good too. Plenty of options for meat eaters and vegetarians. I'll bevisiting again! Read more
Quick, easy, clean and health food. Parking is not the greatest but there are usually spots.

Horrible service. Waited 40 minutes to get our food out only for them to have forgotten half the order, despite the restaurant... being nearly empty. Didn't catch his name but one employee in particular was extremely rude. He was a teenager with glasses whohad his airpods in the entire time and complained out loud multiple times about having to make our order (despite the fact we'dcome in over an hour before they closed....). He then tried to serve us only half of our order and then complained more when weasked for the sauce that is supposed to come with it because they had "run out" and he "had to prep more." Not to mention, thisentire time we were waiting 40 minutes he kept walking out of the kitchen to sit at a table with some random kid who was clearlya friend of his. The other staff was fine but overall it seemed very disorganized and no one seemed to have any sense of urgencyor care that people were waiting. I try to be reasonable because I do understand there might be a wait when you order food, but40+ minutes for a quesadilla when the restaurant is nearly empty coupled with the indifference of the staff and the straight uprude attitude by one employee felt completely avoidable and unnecessary.
