So I ordered a pizza 3 days ago and it was missing cheese on half the pizza and ok fine. I was offered a free 2 topping pizza... through delivery insurance or whatever. So today I order my said free pizza which was undercooked. Like who wants to eatundercooked pizza dough? Not impressed. Guess I'll have to start ordering from Papa John's. Read more
I pre-ordered 11 pizzas for an event we were having for our organization. I placed the order the night before to pick up right... before the event the next day and received a confirmation email. When we arrived to pick up the pizza, the order had beenvoided by an employee and no pizzas were ready. I spoke to two people, including the assistant manager and there was noacceptance of responsibility or real apology issued. I asked if the pizzas could be made at that time and the response was thatthere were many people in front of me (that just ordered that night) and so she had no promise of when it would be ready. Wecanceled the order which meant that I was left with 40 disappointed teenagers. So disappointed with the customerservice--nothing offered in the way of solution to make me want to come back or trust this store again. Read more

Every time I order delivery from this location it has been trash or either canceled. After my last two orders I filed a... complaint on the manager/employee Asher for his rudeness and disrespect with the Domino's corporate center after my order wascanceled due to their usual after 7:00 never having a driver available. I went to the location to find out who the employee wasbecause he refused to give his name and he stated that because they are a franchise he doesn't have to tell me anything or speakto me and hung up in my face repeatedly. I was giving his name by an employee on duty who stated that he is nasty to them andall customers. I submitted an ordered the next day and was sent burnt/overcooked pizza prepared by Asher per the app out ofretaliation for my complaint the day before. Two weeks later and I still have not had a call back from the Domino's corporatecenter. Employees are being treated unfairly by this manager/employee All the way down to the driver who was well aware of myprevious complaint the day before and I'm not the one that mentioned it to him He brought it up to me because they recognized myname on the delivery order. I do not understand how this person still has a job or this location is even open. Read more
