I am a regular customer of DD, however this branch particularly disappointed me, I ordered a caramel Latte, 5 pumpkin spice... munchkin's and an iced coffee, I waited over 5 minutes at the window after they charged my card and got my munchkins, then a laday came and ask what I was waiting for!! I told her... My coffee! They gave me the wrong flavor and it was cold!! Believe me,when I order a hot coffee, i want it hot, not warm, not lukewarm, i want it hot! No... Not sure why it?s so hard to get a cup of coffee here ?. I?ve been coming here for years with mixed results. I guess that?s part... of the problem? That is, I keep coming here. It?s 10 AM, and one would think that you could get a decent cup of coffee here asit is morning. No Large Cups and my order cost $4.75 for a Large, to which their Medium would have cost me $4.43. Card reader down in the... drive-thru and that is Day 4 of it being down. It's hit or miss with drive thru anyway. Sometimes you get no attitude and mostof the time you do. Sometimes they get your order right and most of the time they don't.
