I usually don't leave reviews but when something is as bad as ordering food and getting it delivered from this place you have to... make others aware. It took over an hour for my food to even start to be prepared. Then another 45 minutes for it to be out fordelivery. Door dash sent a text saying it was going to be delivered with a link that did not work. I finally got tired ofwaiting and walked outside to see if I could see the driver and my food has just been sitting outside. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut in the entire state of Georgia (1501 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville Georgia). On Sunday,... September 25, 2022, I placed an order at 10:30am. It was supposed to be delivered by 11:45am. I never received my order. I?vebeen trying to contact the store to speak to the manager since yesterday to make sure I?m not being charged. Whenever I finallyget a human on the phone I?m placed on hold indefinitely. Pizza Hut franchise should look into how customers are being treated.Finally, someone answered. Dine in. No plates. No silverware. No crushed red pepper. Pay before you eat at the counter. No fountain drinks or ice... (apparently down for 2 months) you have to buy bottled drinks. Pizza delivered to the table in a to go box. Corporate needs tocome here and SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! Read more
Customers are well taken care of. The food is at the level to be expected. I worked at the Browns Bridge store 6 or so years... ago. The best paid position is as a delivery driver. The tips are good, the freedom of being on the road for the bulk of theshift is amazing. The workers, shift leads and RGM inside the store bust their butts for meager pay. Read more

AVOID this place at all cost; especially if you have a big birthday party order for your kids. We placed 10 Cheese Pizzas order... ahead of time about 5 hours at the least for later scheduled delivery. When the clock hit 7pm, we were concerned of notreceiving our food. We called the restaurant, and they placed me and my wife on hold for almost 30 mins only to get disconnectedwithout a reason. We heard someone answered the phone, but decided to hang up. After no help, I am asked a friend to go pick itup from the location. In the meantime, the driver called at 7:40pm saying he is lost. I ended up staying outside in the cold onthe phone with him to guide him to the right location. To top it all off, pizzas were burnt, dry, and cold. Didn't realize thatone place that should know how to make pizzas, can mess it up this badly. My kid's birthday party was a chaos after all theplanning me and my wife did. I'm glad kids were having fun while the parents were running around to arrange a ORDERED AHEAD,SCHEDULED, and BURNT cheese pizzas. Read more
