I wasn't so impressed. We put in a curbside order and when we called in to let them know we had arrived, they hung up on us... without giving any details. We had to sit for an extra 15 minutes past the pick up time, which isn't unusual for this location.The server that brought the food to the car was super sweet though. They also can't seem to cook the steaks the way we order. Wealways have to cook it more ourselves. The ribs are great though. Some of the sides are VERY salty. Read more
A really good restaurant chain. Steak has good potential if the cook in the kitchen is good. Hit or miss sometimes. This time... it was delicious. Filet was perfectly cooked and did not require steak sauce. That's a good thing. We did notice the prices wentup. 9.99 steak special went up and for just two of us it was 50$. Read more
This review is on a to go order!! I ordered extra sauces ranch, honey mustard, and extra butter. We didn’t receive those (... not a huge deal). We had 6 rolls with 1 small cup of butter. Also asked for plastic wear. We ordered 4 meals they gave us onething of plastic-wear. I called and was just letting someone know to double check the orders going out. Also, I ordered loadedfries with both of the burger meals. This is something we paid extra for. Well I will attach a picture of those. To paid extrafor loaded fries you would think the whole order would have cheese and bacon one them not just 1 large steak fry. We lookedover that as well. The last straw was our burgers was suppose to be well done. I ate one bite of the burger and it was raw onthe inside. We were so disappointed at this point we just threw our meals away. I'm getting really tired of hearing that "everyone has staffing problems." I'm sorry but I can point you to several restaurants... that are operating with high levels of quality and service either by paying more (and forgoing some profits) or bettermanagement. This isn't one of them. Don't be fooled by the >4 star rating - look at the ratings in the last year, they probablyaverage to 2 stars. We waited 50 minutes for our food. Despite coming back to the table five (5) times to clarify our order ourwaitress still got it MAJOR wrong. I ordered a baked potato, which is one of the things she came back to the table to clarify. I got french fries. My wife ordered two side salads without cheese or egg. One came without, one with. That was also somethingthe waitress came back to clarify. And look at the photo - does that look like a "medium" steak? More like "well burnt." Iteven tasted burnt - not char broiled but burnt. And right before our food came out (wrong) they switched wait staff on us. Theonly reason I gave them one star - the salads and the bread were good. Yes, they offered to cook new steaks - but I didn't haveanother 50 minutes to wait. We need to stop accepting excuses for poorly managed restaurants. Read more
