It seems like this Chipotle does not have good management or there isn?t an overall good support. The workers are always in a... bad mood, and I can sympathize because I?ve worked in the food industry as well. However, every single time I eat here it?s nota good experience. Pick up orders always come out 25 minutes late than anticipated even when it?s not busy and my items areusually wrong or missing. I hope this Chipotle can be better in the future. Read more
This chipotle is terrible. I?d rather go to the one in Manassas than this one in Gainesville. Last time I went they were out of... multiple items I usually get on my bowl. They gave me like 5 pieces of steak and the guacamole had huge chunks of hard avocadoin it. We were going to order a side of guacamole but once they put it on our bowls and we saw it wasn?t mixed well we passed onthe guacamole. Does anybody care that this chipotle continues to deteriorate and is getting terrible reviews? Management needsto be notified and make changes quickly! Read more
The delivery on this is pretty quick but the food is gross. I work right by here so I've tried it a few times with the food... declining each time. Today was my last. The guac that they charge $3+ dollars for has been brown and filled with big chunks ofonion, then they left all the gristle in the chicken today. Out of the whole 5 pieces of chicken that were in the bowl, 3 werefilled with gristle. There is also a lot of cross-contamination. Tons of lettuce in my guac (I didn't order lettuce in my bowl).Not worth the money anymore. Door Dash does great though! They always deliver quickly! Read more
I?ve tried to give Chipotle so many chances. Every time they have let me down. I won?t be returning here again. I just had... surgery and ran in here to get a quick bite to take home. When I went to pay for my food at the register, it was so loud that Icouldn?t hear what the amount was but it sounded like 14 something. I paid and when I looked at my receipt and it said 41. I hadbeen charged for someone else?s food and it had lots of extras on it. I said something to the staff and they basically told methe manager was gone and I?d have to come back. Well I don?t have the luxury to come back whenever. I tried numerous times tocall the store to make sure someone would be there so I could come back when someone could help. No one ever answers theirphone. It just rings and goes to a full mailbox. At this point I?ve given up getting my money back. Chipotle, if you want ourbusiness, do better. This was really uncool and handled poorly. I respect the hard work the service industry does and deals withevery day. Hello, If had option 0, I would give 0 rating. I love chipotle but I had VERY worst customer service today.We went to eat at... this location on 11/20/22 at 8:14 PM. First, the cashier laughed when my husband asked for bowl to eat burrito. Then, werequested the burrito to cut into half so we could share and eat. The staff name Maria told us ?there is knife and you can cutby yourself?. I respect her job and went to get knife but there were none knife. I went back to her and requested plastic knife.The staff Maria was, ?we do not have knife. We out of stock?. The staffs didn?t put an effort to look inside or offer us to cutthe burrito with other knife. If they do not have knife, how they would cut their veggies? I used to work in chipotle long timeago. I remember we used to cut burrito into half with the knife when we made burrito. The store was very messy and none of thetable was clean. The store was not even busy at the time. You can check on camera in store. I didn?t even eat burrito and gaveback to staff Maria. She didn?t even apologize nor she offered refund for my payment.
