I?m a Kentlands resident and have been wanting to try this place out since they opened. I stopped by after my workout, placed... my order I realized both my cards were missing. I apologized and said I?d have to come back another time. Unexpectedly they wenton to complete my order. This definitely left a great impression on the establishments value and customer service. Its disappointing seeing these bad reviews. I personally haven't had a bad experience here thus far. Ive been about 2 or 3 times... to this particular location. The staff have been fairly pleasant and my food has been good. But I just read two differentreviews where people are saying they found bugs in their food! Omg! Nice location,but the customer service is a hut or miss. I've been here 5 times and three of the times it was attitude by the... reps towards customers. Will try again and update. **** Update I've been back twice since my last review and I must say thewhole vibe and feeling is great.
