I ordered their “soup of the day” which was black bean soup with bacon and the Seared Ahi Tuna salad. The soup was tasty and... the salad was really good!! my only complaint was that the Tuna was a little warm and flavorless, but the rest of the salad kindof made up for it. the presentation was great too Read more

I’ve always wanted to come here and sit on the open patio! First let me say that the service is amazing and the servers are... extraordinary, very well mannered and nice! 5 stars for the service for sure! I had an old fashioned which tasted really goodand had the rattlesnake pasta (fyi there’s no snake in it). The pasta was pretty good, but is not extraordinary! I’d give itat most 3/5 stars. My wife had a club salad which was miserable to say the least, there wasn’t any difference between thechicken and the croutons, moreover the lettuce wasn’t properly washed and still had little bugs on it. Overall, I’d give 5stars for the location on the lake at Rio Washingtonian, the appearance of the restaurant and the service. 5 star service, 5 star food, 5 star ambience! I didn't even take photos of the food, I was so fast to dig in. I order their... impossible burger, which is the best I've had. The menu has no mention of non alcoholic drinks, but they offer Coke products,and delicious hot tea! The teapots they use are top of the line. Unassuming, but with an incredibly smooth pour. Our server,Tyler, was incredible. He found us a $20 coupon! He got every order out quickly, always came by when we needed him, and superfriendly. Read more

It's 5-stars for me because Copper Canyon afforded me the following: accessibility & parking (though there's a bit of walking... from the parking lot by the Whole Foods area); ambiance (table napkins and dim lighting do have an upscale-ish, cozy, romanticvibe); cleanliness (neat interior plus servers are decently dressed...I didn't go to the toilet so I can't say anything aboutit); crew attitude (professional and very amiable...the manager ushered us in with a nice, warm smile); and most of all, thefood (we love everything we ordered)!
