Customer Service was good. But the food was a whole different story. It wasn't bad, but it wasn?t good either. The skin for the... chicken was decent, but the chicken itself didn?t have flavor as well as the fries. Tasted very plain. I work down the road from this place so its easy and convenient to get lunch. I love the varieties and they taste delicious. I... usually order Lomo saltado which is basically white rice, fries and steak in a delicious tomatoes and onions sauce. I have alsotried their chaufa with grilled chicken which is very popular. Prices on their menu online differs from pricing in store. Food was ok, but I don?t think I?ll order from this place again. So... as you see, the restaurant responded with a link to their menu. I saw a totally different menu and so it?s only fair that I ratethem accordingly. The food was good and the pricing was reasonable still, even with the extra $3-4 cost. We got a half chickenwith plantains and black beans with rice, which was plenty for the two of us who ate that day. The plantains were really goodand fresh, the black beans were a tad drier than I would have preferred, but nevertheless, with a pinch of salt, and warming itup with a small cup of water in the microwave, it came out perfectly. So in fairness, I?m changing my rating from 2 to 4 starsin support of the food industry and due to the quick response clarifying where I can find the most accurate menu and the actualfood.
