Shake was delicious. I do wish they had tomatoes in the burger or there were salads available to make the meal balanced
When I went through the drive-through stated my order. The person Manning the drive-thru missed an item on my order when I got... to the next window I noticed I had ordered a fairly large order. It was a small Smoothie for my daughter. The manager ( Mohammed) said I had to drive around or go inside they can't take orders at the second windowwhich i could accept if i hadn't had theitems read back to me. Also After spending a good amount of time in drive-thru, I informed him. That would be very inconvenientfor the fact my young child was in the rear seat. The manager Mohammed said that's the only way and walked away being verydismissive. Then to go home and I'm missing an item and I got the wrong food. That is not how a business should be run. Changing my rating. I wish there were zero star because after my terrible experience with the manager. He was very defensive and... rude. When my nieces and nephew came. They want hash brown. So i went there and told them I needed four. Instead they gave meone, thats fine because they were leaving anyways. I looked into my bag and there were no hash browns. I instantly drove thereto show him my receipt and i have to wait 10 min for them to get my order right. He was very defensive to me and one of theemployees said i didn't order hash browns. He literally showed me the receipt and said there are one. I gotten very upset thatthe employee lied about it firstly and secondly I been rudely spoken to my the manager Secondly, this morning i ordered acaramel frappe, and they told me at the last minute that the machine isn't working so I have to get my money back. The worstpart is that they gave me 1.13 when they should give me 4.14 from the start. This is absolutely the worst service I ever had. Starbucks has the best coffee so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never returning here ever again. Who ever was working on 06/26/22 around 1am, they did not do a great job. I recieved my order poorly. First of all when they... handed me my caramel sundae, the lid wasn't working because they poorly made the sundae with a lot of caramel it was literallyleaking out the cup and made a mess while handing it to me, they also messed my order up, served me burnt food, and I also foundhair in my food. Obviously their job is soo hard, I feel sorry for them. I don't know how mcdonalds allow "THAT" type of peopleto work there and allow them to serve food like that. The standards of food was disappointing and unsanitary. This locationdefinitely needs improvements and training on how to prepare and serve food correctly. Read more

This place is nice has a very organized menu and drive thru experience is nice but not all the time cause some times is slow and... has grumpy people especially the manger but it's somewhat understandable because they get lots of customers this McDonald's alsohas nice food taste better and the food is nice and warm so it's not like cold but the food here is nice so if you are planningto go to this McDonald's you would have a nice time here but for all in general they need better customer service that's all Read more
