Amazing experience from the service to the food!! Our waiter was The best!! We decided to try a few of their cold sandwiches... and went with the egg salad and the ham and turkey. This place was the best! We got to Galena pretty late at night, (first time ever in this beautiful town), the only place that... was open with a good food and awesome service was Embe! We first went into Embe as it is a location on Main St in Galena that serves food after most other kitchens have closed for the... evening. The appetizer, sandwiches, salad and bread pudding we were served were so much more than we expected. Rather than aquick late night bite, we had a well prepared and enjoyable meal. They have a nice beer and wine selection. They also preparereally great cocktails. The atmosphere is very welcoming and casual. The staff is very friendly and helpful. First time dining here and I was not disappointed. The cocktail menu is full of fun cocktails and the menu covers everything you... would want from a sandwich place.
