Great food, service and atmosphere. We started with fried green tomatoes covered in mozzarella and on a bed of marinara sauce.... They were very good, and the 1st time I've had them. My entree was filet mignon with shrimp and it was cooked to perfection anddelicious. My wife had a seafood pasta dish with lobster and shrimp, she loved it. We had a reservation on a Saturday night and were sat as soon as we arrived. The staff was gracious and very kind. Our server,... Josiah was sweet and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. We enjoyed brushetta and fried green tomatoes(had to!) for an appetizer. Both were incredible. The bread. I don't know what is in this bread but it's unlike anything Ihave ever had in my mouth. Unreal. Superb. Eat as much of this bread as you can. I got the Brushetta Salmon and I loved it. Honestly one of the best restaurants we tried in Galena. Our waiter was wonderful I wish I could remember his name! If you... served a couple of couples celebrating their anniversaries, thank you! The fried green tomatoes were delicious! The lasagna, theSteak martini, all the dishes we had were delicious and flavorful. The only dish we did not enjoy was the crab cakes; too muchbreading.
